Responsible Gambling —
Keep Playing Fun
Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income. At kyatm8, every player can set personal limits and control their gaming and interactions as they choose.
A gaming environment
you control yourself
Understand how to control your gambling
At kyatm8, the health and well-being of our players is a top priority. We are always ready to help you enjoy gaming as entertainment and to prevent situations where you keep playing without realising losses are adding up.
Always remember that gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money. Continuing to play in the hope of recovering losses can make a gambling problem worse. Set your own budget in advance and avoid playing beyond it.
If you are experiencing any gambling-related problems, you can contact us directly in Myanmar language through kyatm8's 24/7 Live Chat service, and we will help you set your own personal limits.
Important notice: No betting system or strategy can guarantee recovery of losses. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose — money that you can afford to have gone.
Good to know: Gambling problems can affect anyone at any social level. Feeling unsure about whether you have a problem is normal — do not delay seeking help.

Tools you can control yourself
Deposit Limit
You can set your own limit on how much you can deposit within a day, a week, or a month. If you want to increase the limit, a 24-hour confirmation period applies — giving you time to reconsider before the change takes effect.
Loss Limit
You can set a loss limit that stops you from playing once you have reached your budget. When the budget is used up, play stops automatically and cannot continue for the rest of that day.
Session Time Limit
You can set in advance how long each session will last. Once the time is up, an alert appears and you will no longer be able to access the session. Setting a time limit helps keep playing fun rather than a problem.
Temporary Time-Out
If you feel you need a break, you can set a time-out period from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During that period, logging in, making deposits, and playing will all be paused.
Self-Exclusion
If you want to stop playing completely, you can request a self-exclusion. You can block access for 6 months to 5 years, or indefinitely. During this period we will also stop sending you promotional materials.
Reality Check Reminder
You can turn on a reminder that pops up every 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours while you play. It shows how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost, helping you stay aware of your activity.

Players must be 21 or older
